forgot to post yesterday. going down again i guess, but i haven’t been able to really get a good weight, i keep waking up so late! 11am and 12pm are not good times to weigh yourself. waking up early tomorrow though for class, so i’ll have a better idea of what my weight is then.
yeah i don’t get it either. i mean seriously.
i dont eat anything with excess sodium.
i dont eat anything that has more than half its calories from fat.
i don’t eat more than 170 calories per meal.
i don’t drink soda, even diet.
i cut down on my coffee intake.
again, i did weigh myself today at noon instead of at 9:30, 10. (damn you daylight savings) but a two or three lb difference? seriously? just because i weigh myself a few hours later than i should?
how can ipossiblybe gaining????
i’m getting so discouraged.
to be fair, i weighed myself yesterday at 6:30 am, and today at like, 10. there’s a time difference so there’s a weight fluctuation.
did good today. bought health foods at the store yesterday, too.

my boyfriend and i are staying at a friend’s house. its a bunch of guys there, and none of them know how to cook. so far, i’ve made them pasta and grilled cheeses, and been around sodas and chips, and haven’t touched anything.
self control is key.
its all about them whole grains, oats, fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. amirite?
thats cool. ugh. i eat so little and so healthy and all i do is gain. this slow weight loss is bullshit.

yesterday was great. i cheated a little (i had 3 french fries x.x) but other then that it was amazing. i took my boyfriend out for some nice r&r since we’ve both been insanely stressed and we had a really nice couple hours, just being alone for once.
backseat, blankets, gorgeous sunset, you can’t ask for anything better then that.

can you please tell me HONESTLY, with NO DEVIATIONS, this has really lost you between 5-10lbs in just three days? this “lose up to 40lbs” in a month thing seems extreme… not that i should talk about being the authority on healthy, but still.
not gonna lie. i’m disappointed.
why the hell eat shit i dont really like, in small amounts, to lose .2lbs?
i dont get it.
but w/e. not gonna break me that easily, scale.
